Title: Restless Leg Syndrome and Benadryl

Did you know that Benadryl or anti-histamines can actually make RLS worse? My husband takes Benadryl for allergies. Sometimes they give it out at his clinic during treatment to help people sleep through their dialysis. Once he stopped taking it the RLS stopped. He still takes his RLS med at nite but no more Benadryl. We learned the hard way...so thought we'd pass this on and share it.

I take a cloraphenerate maleate (generic  chlorapherate (spelling is absolutely wrong)). 4mg tablets I take large doses and occasionally I have restless leg symptoms.
