Vaping hemp flower is the best help I've found for sleep.

If your state has legalized medical marijuana the Indica strain is good for sleep. Almost no psychoactive features, just body relaxation.
-
The hemp flower is cannabis with less than 0.3% THC and is legal in all 50 states. Easily ordered via the internet and delivered by USPS.

Hi guys thanks for your help but i live in New Zealand and thats not legal here yet :( It is something the powers that be are looking at but taking long time to many people here disagree with it >:(

I've been vaping since 2011 but not hemp flower. How do you do that? None of my tanks will work with no liquid.

My husband uses prescription Clonazepam (for restless legs) and over-the-counter Benadryl to sleep. I use prescription Ambien. Been using the same small dose for 20 years.

Probably not the answer you are looking for... I was on PD for 20 months, never got a good nights sleep and moved to HD, get much better nights sleep and take some Paxam tabs to help

Melatonin is available in herbal stores. That is what your body uses to put you to sleep already.

Saw a story in the WaPost the other day about a lung infection that is being blamed on vaping, said it causes the buildup of fluid in the lungs. Never heard of that with a roll your own, which should be legal everywhere so long as alcohol is.

That's what one of my doctors told me to use. It didn't really work, but I may have been taking it wrong. I have found that daily exercise helps with sleeping. Even something as simple as a 15 minute walk around the block can help with sleeping at night.
