Title: Weird fluid gain!!

Hi all,
Today was weird! I left Saturday morning at 42.3 kg and today after THE WEEKEND i came in at 43.3. I didnt gain much and I was freaked out because I drank a decent amount! I will list everything I drank that day:
Saturday- Sprite can- 7oz
Sunday Sprite can - 7oz
Sunday dasani water 16.9 oz
Monday orange juice 12 oz
Monday half dasani water 7ish oz

As you can see thats a fair amount. Something probably isnt right lol. Maybe the scale was off. But let me tell you this, on Saturday when I left my legs cramped badly and it was difficult to get in the car! That never happened before. I guess theres a first time for everything.

Just an idea, but the tech I trust the most at our clinic told me to always get on the scales twice before and twice after. I've had our scales be as much as half a kilo off between the two.
