I hope they know science more then dialysis.

Dialysis can temporarily replace the function of the kidney while patients await a transplant.

What intrigues me about the WAK now in human trials is not so much the machine as the dialysate. I'm on HHD, and the heaviest part of this ball & chain is the dialysate.  Downsizing that with MXene or whatever is where I think we'll see the next advance out in the field.  That's because of the money Fresenius and Davita are spending shipping heavy liquids to home patients and clinics.
