does anyone else suffer from fuzzy head? Dialysis going fine so is everything else just keep getting fuzzy head is only way i can explain it,sorta feels like i need to shake my head to clear it but you cant,Is this a side effect of dialysis?? :)

It's known as "dialysis brain" and it happens often with me.
Drives my husband nuts - "can you put that arm-squeezie device on me" and I literally can not come up with the words "blood pressure cuff"!

The one thing I know is when my BP drops I become stupid, I get the same effect with the drug coreg I am supposed to take it 2 times a day but it’s like IQ points drain off if I take it more than 1 time a day.
Modifed spell checker changed IQ to it I changed it back.

Doctors like to prescribe Coreg. Gave it to me and I got a horrible rash everywhere. Lovely drug :sarcasm;

Edema in brain tissue or inadequate blood cleaning can cause confusion, as well. It's one of the symptoms of late-stage renal disease.

Iget the fuzzy headed feeling when I first get off. Usually, as I'm going to weigh, I hake my head to get it cleared up. The techs used to ask me if everythig was okay, but i guess they have gotten used to it now. The first couple of hours after, the forgetter works better than the rememberer.

Wow. I thought I was the only one. This is embarassing I couldn't do basic subtraction in my head when I was on dialysis. I wrote an essay after dialysis then the next day I go to proofread it... dear God never again what a waste of time lol. Too much to handle
