Title: Coughing spasm, shaking uncontrollably, feeling very cold but temperature normal
Post by: Jeaukool on June 21, 2018, 11:48:21 PM
For the last hour and 1/2 I have been shivering but not cold, cough spasms, headache in my neck... I've had these before but this one won't go away. Had anybody experience these?

Quite possibly the early onset of the flu.

Have you been around anyone that had symptoms of cold/flu within the last week?  It very often takes 7 to 10 days for the infection to present the first symptoms.

Some people report partial relief sipping those hot medicated drinks for cold/flu.  A nice cuppa tea never hurts.

A call to your Primary Dr wouldn't hurt either.

Good Luck

You could be very sick- bacterial infections can give chills. Are you on HD or PD?
