Kidney Social Summit: Living a Full Life with CKD
Sunday March 4, 2018
12 noon to 5 pm

Join us at this gathering for patients, their family members, caregivers, and friends. Patients at all stages of CKD are welcome.
Breakout sessions will cover a range of topics, and will encourage participants to share their stories and learn from others.
Lunch is provided at no cost!
