Title: Feel dry all over

Ive been feeling extremely dry!! Its weird, i feel dry on the inside of my body??!!  Eyes are dry, mouth, skin (not new tho) everything even  the inside of my nose. Dont like it. Anyone experience this?

When my phosphate number is high I have dry itchy eyes and my skin is dry and itchy.   Check your numbers.

I don't know where you live, but where I am (northeast US) it's winter and the heat is on and air is very dry.  In my bedroom right now the humidometer (?) register 30% humidity.  That can dry you out ferociously and fast.
