Title: No Email Notifications

I have not been getting email notifications of replies to topics. I checked my settings here, then switched my email addresses and still do not get any emails from here. I am out of ideas on what to do next. I use to get notifications and have not changed anything.

The system is glitchy and will not do email notifications right now.
