now i have another question
i only have approx 75percent
of blood flow of my fistula
now sense i have this amount
of pressure
would anyone be advise
me to still get me to have
a 2nd opion
or to get a graph
but avoid of having a caf
which i dont want
and as long as my fistula is working
why do something
that is not quit needed

So instead of 100 percent you have 75? or 75 percent blockage and you have 25 percent.
We do blood flow rates once a month but we use numbers. 600 or below they start to worry and try to get me in for a fistulagram. But mine will be 400 one month and 800 the next month.
The "aneurysm" is what you need to worry about. Your vein's wall is thin and that is why it is bulging out. Like a tire that is about to blow. I have had a vein blow and the blood actually hit the ceiling and walls and mirror. I had to call the firemen and I was half naked and could not put a shirt on. Horrifying! You need to get that fixed.

i did have a issue
several yrs back
where my arm did literly blow
for i had a small infection
for i was not using button holes
and just prior i had pointed out
to the tech about the black spot
which she didnt know
less than a week later i had my mom
take me to the hospitol
but there was no fastula doc on call
they rushed me to ohsu
and within that hour in was
in surgery and they were able
to save my arm
i have had the same fistula for 10yrs
no i have 75%usage
not blockage
