Hi Greg and welcome to IHD. I'm so glad you joined us.
Go ask your question in Dialysis General Discussion so more people will see it. Also add how many hours you run because that makes a difference.

Hi Greg...
Glad you've found us, and a very warm :welcomesign; to IHD...
Can't answer your question, I'm afraid, but no doubt there'll be somebody here who can...
I'm just a short hop, skip, and jump from you... I'm just across the water in Dublin...
Hope to see lots of you around here...
God bless...

Hi gregd welcome to the site
:welcomesign;
I'm in Southport UK. I would never do higher than 300, no matter how long cos I feel too hyped up than (also better for my fistula) but some people do well on higher. But the higher, the worse it is for your heart too.
Like Rerun says, more answers in General, and also if you do homeD, and with which machine.
Take care, Cas

Hello Greg and welcome to IHD.
I am in Central London, have been on dialysis (3x per week) since December 2014
and the speed of "my" machine in the dialysis Centre is always 350...
Best wishes from Kristina.

i have run from 200 - 300 (on nocturnal 8 hour runs) and on my normal (4.5 hour runs) i run at 400 - 550 on 15 gauge needles. in an av fistula...really depends on many factors...such as how heavy you are...your access...blood pressure and ton of other things..
