I stumbled across this ebook (http://a34199wane9odp41pfuktho6vb.hop.clickbank.net), is it a load of hype or do some of the methods work? Id like to know before i spend the money. But if what it says is true it will be worth every penny.

Looks like a scammy ebook type offering. I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot stick.

Me neither.

If by any chance there would be a way to get better Creatinine/Urea/bun levels,
meaning the kidneys are functioning better again...
....it would be instantly world-wide news and every nephrologist would know about it
....and every patient would use it... but so far unfortunately nothing has been on the news yet...
... I am afraid what you came across is not even hype but a con...
...but with a carefully selected (vegetarian) diet & watching your Potassium intake (with the help of the Internet you can work it all out)...
...and if you make sure you don't take any salt, meaning you have to cook and bake practically everything yourself...
....because everything already prepared by the supermarket providers etc. usually contains lots of salt... and if you are prepared to keep fit and slim...
...and if you are prepared to go for very regular walks (very important to keep the Urea/Bun in "healthier" levels)...
... and if you are prepared to avoid alcohol and cigarettes and drink water instead...
... you might have a chance to enjoy your own kidney function just a little longer...
I was told in August 2006 that in about 6 month I would be on dialysis
and with my careful (vegetarian) kidney-friendly diet and by drinking (filtered) water
and by going for regular walks and keeping as fit as I possibly can I am still just about hanging on my own kidney function...
Mind you, it is and has been very difficult and I know that sooner or later I have to go on dialysis
... but my diet gives me a little more time to adjust myself to the idea until I am really ready for it...
Good luck and best wishes.

That website is actually pretty hysterical. Some of those statements are too much. Of course don't bother with this. Follow your docs instructions with diet as best you can. If you want to meditate to reduce stress, go for it. Search the internet if you need advice how to start. Don't use any supplements without checking with your doc since some can damage your kidneys further. This guy is clearly recommending supplements. The docs aren't actually hiding a miracle cure from us.

An old Dr at the VA in Seattle once told me,
Prehistoric man did NOT eat processed food. If it comes in a can or a box, then you probably should not eat it.
Stick with fresh or frozen food, meats, fish, fowl, vegetables, fruit, and you will be far healthier.
Dining out saturates everything in oil, butter, or salt, none of which does you any good.
