Ah yes, more crazy rants.
Watch the protein intake.
You need to eat more proteins.
Eat more peanut butter.
Eat more chicken, fish.
WHAT !
Eat protein / Don't eat protein.
Am I going bonkers and ready for the people with the white straight jacket!
Good gosh, more fine lines that cause befuddlement's.
All this in face of coming across an item such as this saying:
Normal people need only around 0.8 gram of protein per Kg of body weight.
Those on dialysis (must mean I'm not normal, Ha Ha) require 1.2 gram protein per Kg of body weight.
If on peritoneal, the number is 1.3 gram protein per Kg of body weight.
Excuse me a moment.
AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Thank you I'm back. :beer1; Guiness draft is what I drink, when I do beers.
Hmmnn, where was I, Oh yes, proteins is the subject.
All proteins that one eats, is not the same protein that goes to make up any given body part.
Ingested protein is processed in the stomach, converted to chyme, and with a little more processing,
is ALL channeled into the amino acid tanks.( a whole subject in and by it self)
The amino acids tank will fill ALL orders of the body, calling for protein, by making the required protein
Is much more left unsaid here, but am not writing a book, just ranting pleasantly.
