I am trying to add some flavor to my cooking.  Can anyone recommend some Renal Friendly Bouillon (Chicken, Beef, or Vegetable)?

I use the Herb-Ox Sodium-Free packets of chicken and beef.  I haven't run these by my dietitian yet, but from what I see on the label, it isn't too bad compared with other brands.  I use them to add flavor to rice and other dishes without additional salt and fat.  I also used as a broth when I was ill.

I find them at most regular grocery stores.  Here's the link from the manufacturer's site:

Be aware that many products which read "sodium-free" many have replaced the sodium with potassium (Potassium Chloride) and thus raise you potassium levels too high.

You are definitely correct about this product containing Potassium Chloride.  It has never been an issue for me, but others may need to worry about it.  Thanks for the advice.

Here's another web site that lists various options for broths and stocks:

I always use "kallo the original organic vegetable stock powder, gluten and lactose free".
Ii is produced in Switzerland and I had it all my life, I grew up with it...
The "trick" in our ESRf is, to use as little of it as possible because it still tastes good.
I always use it for my pancake-soups...
