Recently, a lot of people are switching to a veggie diet plan.
And I asked myself the question: "Is it safe?"
People by nature, omnivorous. Whether properly to minimize their meals only fruits and vegetables?
Under the influence of fashion, I also tried veg diet. After 6 months, I observed that I am began to feel much better.
The body seemed ease. Unwanted weight began to decrease. I think the health benefits of a vegetarian diet is certainly.
Prompt please, may anybody was non-meat eaters? You didn't have any kind of health problems?

I was told in 1971 by a medical Professor (whose "hobby" was preventative medicine),
that if I want my kidneys to function a bit longer I should go totally vegetarian
(with fresh vegetables and fresh fruit from the market)...
... and I should make sure that all my food is easily digestible (no garlic, no onions etc.),
because an easy digestible diet does "not distress" the body and preserves the kidney function longer as a result....
I have kept to this advise every day since 1971, it has served me well and my "two little fighters" are still functioning (just about)...
