HI MY FRIENDS! :)

just passing by to show everyone some love and caring.

I just wanted to point out, how much i hate being at home not being able to do anything, or being on dialysis wasting 4 hours of my life.
i know theres other things i could do during dialysis and not on treatment, but this is all knew to me.
What can a 19 year old girl do with out getting hurt. i dont know what to do please help me and my twin

Hi, are you only suffering from ESKD or have other medical challenges?  I'm curious to understand why you are that restricted. I've been through clinic sessions and can possibly reccomend evening sessions if you require recovery timeb (sleep).

I didnt learn this until homeD, but keeping good control of fluid weight (2l to 2.5l) can dramatically reduce post treatment complications.
