I'm on weekly thrice in-center dialysis. My fliud removal is usually between 4 to 4.5 litres. I weigh 53kg I get chest pain during last 2 hours of dialysis, this pain slowly reduces over 24hrs post dialysis. My ECG is normal. why am i getting this chest pain? Does anyone have similar experience?

Though art on thricely in thy week? Forsooth, wherefore art thine dialysis centre?

As a percentage of your 53kg body mass, 4.5 kilos (8.5% of body weight) is quite a bit of weight to remove per session and I would suspect is taxing your vascular system. I weight 104 kg and after a weekend I sometimes have on 4.5 to 5 kilos. Pulling 5 kilos (4.8% of body wt) in four hours is about all I want to do due to distress and unwanted post dialysis symptoms.
I believe the recommended fluid gain between treatments is <3% of body weight which in your case would be 1.6 kilos/litres.
You didn't state how long your treatments are but at your weight probably 3 hours which would give a pull/UF rate of 1.5 kg/hr. That pull/UF rate would be too high for me. I feel much better when I can keep the pull rate <1.0 kg/hr.
