Could someone please telll me how much wate/fluid does an average person lose during a 24 hour period through just going about your daily activities? Not by going to the bathroom but just by living, breathing, sleeoing, sweating, etc. Thanks! John

I read somewhere that you can lose up to 1 litre overnight while sleeping. Don't know if that is a valid assumption.

I would assume that it changes depending on where you live and the current weather conditions. Someone who lives in the desert is going to lose a lot more.

there is absolutely no way to provide a specific number like that. too many variables to consider as everyone mentioned.

I think a person can lose up to 2.0 liters of water per hour! However, 1.0 litre of water hourly is more common. Sweating rate can vary based on the environmental temperature, moisture, type of clothing worn during work out, intensity of work out, level of fitness of the person and acclimation of the person to the environment.
