It looks like rich people have an upgrade option.  I noticed their California center was in Newport Beach, California.  That's money.

the website is nicer than Ed's d center. looks promising for those close enough to go to one of there centers.

At least it is an option.  Paris Hilton would have a very hard time adjusting at my clinic.
