Title: Homemade cheetos
Post by: Rain on February 07, 2012, 05:25:43 AM
Here is the blog post I found

http://yourlighterside.com/low-carb-cheetos/

Perfect snack.  The whole recipes gives you

K= 292  phosphorous- 287.     Per 1 cup serving-  K- 97 Phosphorous- 95.   Not bad for an occasional snack.

Just omit the popcorn seasoning to limit the salt.
