Title: I'm So Bad
Post by: Restorer on November 19, 2011, 10:24:04 PM
Over the last 24 hours, I ate an entire large pizza with mushrooms, anchovies, and red onions. Light sauce! I asked for light cheese, but they screwed up and it had a "normal" amount of cheese. I took handfuls of binders, and I had dialysis today. But labs are on Tuesday!
 :oops;

It did feel good to eat pizza, though.  ;D

I tried to be good, but outside forces compelled me to be bad.  We had lunch at our favorite little Mexican place today, and I ordered "tingas" which is sliced beef in a spicy sauce.  I ordered it because there was no cheese involved, which is pretty rare for any Mexican dish.  It came with either salad OR with rice and refried beans, so I was all precious and saintly and ordered mine with salad.  Naturally, when it arrived, it came with no salad but instead with the rice and beans.  I ate it all.  One reason I like this place, though, is because the portions aren't enormous like in most restaurants, so my portion of beans was reasonable, but I DID try to be good.

An entire pizza! :rofl;  As long as you enjoyed it, I'm sure you'll survive.  At least it didn't have sausage or pepperoni on it!

Restorer, You are only human, if you enjoyed it why not, lets face it a bit of what you fancy does you good as long as it is now and again. I can just imagine your face when you was devouring it, cheese running down your chin, sauce on your shirt, crumbs all over the table. You naughty, naughty boy.

I was bad yesterday too....lox at brunch with friends (but nothing else bad), then pumpkin pie after dinner with my IL's.  Plus mashed potatoes during dinner.  Luckily, my body seems to be resistant to potassium.  I avoid all bananas and oranges but have the occasional tomato and potato and never seem to have a problem with my potassium.  Phos is another story altogether.   :banghead;
