I had a White Russian and Chicken Wings.

so, what's wrong with that? as long as you took your binders and don't do it every day, you're fine. my doctor told me i could drink as long as i didn't over do it and the fat lady sang on overdoing it a long time ago.

Well, it was yesterday, not today, but I had a 7 and 7 and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.

one banana and a jacket potato with cheese. (bloods came back, short of potassium, nursey said do, so I did.
