Accountability, I have none. I feel like I can't really do anything. Like mu life is stuck in a ditch. I want to be healthier, I want to lose weight, I would like to not be in pain, I want to have more energy. Do I eat well? No. Do I exercise? No. Do I have a plan? Not at all. Not sure what I am trying to get across or even ask for but there it is.

OK, I'll be on here every morning to make sure you get your butt out of bed and get out the door and go for a walk.
Make a list of the things you have to do that day. AND do them. You will feel better. :cuddle;

I hear you pagandialysis. Loud and clear. And, I sympathize. However, it is in your own hands and you have to do it yourself. At least make a plan. Every day when you get up, plan your day as best you can and at the end of every day take a few minutes to go over that list and see how well you have done. And dont get too lengthy on the list, dont make it too hard, just start easy and gradually beef it up. Do it!!!!

You're in control. Take small steps one day at a time. If you have family and friends to talk to, ask them to help. Use any resources you've got avaiilable with your medical team. I'm so sorry you're feeling defeated right now, but you will feel better when you actively are working to manage the illness. Take care of yourself.

Don't try to change all at once. It is too much. I like rerun's idea. Start by just taking a walk every day. Even if it is short one. You will see results. Then maybe make sure one meal a day is healthy. Before you know it you will feel better physically and mentally.

I think YLGuy is on to something...baby steps....change one thing at a time. Don't look at the big picture, just focus on one corner of it so you don't get overwhelmed!
