Title: crit lines, think all centers should have them
Post by: sullidog on September 09, 2011, 08:41:46 PM
While I was in the hospital, they used crit lines. I was told that this helps them to find out how much fluid is being removed, in my case since I don't get fluid removal it tells them how much to give back to me. I think this will provent a lot of my techs from telling me at my old center "Your bp is fine we aren't giving you any fluid." even though I feel like I needed some they wouldn't give me any cause my bp was ok. My neph said that this is a common issue with a lot of techs doing this, so wonder why the crit lines aren't mandatory?
