Title: Full PM inboxes
Post by: MooseMom on August 18, 2011, 01:56:49 PM: Hmmm....twice today I've tried to send a PM (to two different members), only to get a warning that their PM inbox is full. Is there a glitch in the system, or are these two people particularly popular? :P

The first time mine filled, Kit posted a notice to me on the board that I needed to delete some of them. Until that happened, I didn't realize there was a limit.

I've got 323 messages stored. I've never deleted any messages; I'm sentimental. :P My profile page says my inbox is only 32% full... I'm confused. ???

I too keep messages from the ones who have passed. This last upgrade took my last message from Epoman. ??? I still have one from Goofynina.

Post by: kitkatz on August 21, 2011, 07:07:08 PM: If you want to save PMs put them over into word by cutting and pasting them, you can give each member their own file that way and never lose the PMS. Takes a little time but will give you your PMs until your computer's hard drive crashes.
