The Hamilton Chapter of the PKD Foundation of Canada will be hosting a panel discussion about dialysis!
WHEN: on Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011, 2-4pm
WHERE: in the Fellowship Hall of the First Unitarian Church of Hamilton, 170 Dundurn Street South, Hamilton, Ontario.
Open to the public, free of charge.
On-site parking is available and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
