i think it's super neat you did that!!  I went through trying to find what bo (hubby) would drink and he hates the texture of milk or even shake type drinks.  Sooooo, though we did do the "shots" by (oh crumb, i forgot the name but you listed it there and its the one from walmart) and it did bump up his allbumin, we are now using liquiCell just because it is a smaller amt to drink  ::)

You know I am so happy you brought that up. I have been unable to find any information on liquiCell accept a few online shops that sell it but don't really give you any information about it. That's why I left it out of the chart. Anyone know if they have a website? I found one with the same name but it looked like they were an industrial chemical manufacturer.

My husband has a shot called  PRO source it is a small drink in a sachet that you can mix with cold or warm water. It has no taste and goes down well. Apparently it is quite new to our unit in the UK. The milky drinks are terrible and he would not take them. We are so lucky because as you know our health care is free and a box of a hundred of these which we get, costs approx £99.
