The other day when I had my fistula gram I had my monthlys the next day. My hg went slightly below target which I don't remember the number but it wasn't too bad. My hg before the fistulagram was a 12. Could something simple such as a fistulagram really bring your hg down like that?

Maybe - depends on how much blood you lost during the procedure. Perhaps the meds/blood thinners given during the fistulagram also increased the amount from your monthly. Could be a combo of the two. :twocents;
