not sure of what is going on
but last yr it only happen for a short brief which i had thougt maybe it had to do with my cumadain
well it happen again but more than usuall(it only last about a hour or so) and it was like a monthly which i havent had for i went through the change sometime back
and while i was in dialyis the other day the doc was there and i brought it up to him
i have appt at the hospitol this week for a catscan
to see if there is any issue with the kidneys
(well we know there is for im on dialysis)
but to see if there is anything to do with blood i would guess in the kidneys

Okay, when you thought you went through the change, did you go to the gyno and get blood work done to confirm that it really was menopause? Because kidney failure, especially the anemia part of it, can stop your periods without it really being the hormonal shift that comes with the change. If you stopped because of anemia or the chemical changes in your system from ESRD (especially during the pre-dialysis stages), then once you have the chemical cleaning and rise in hemoglobin that comes with adequate dialysis and treatment for anemia, there's no reason your body can't and won't start your cycle again.
Having terrible, heavy periods when being exposed to heparin is a pretty common symptom for ESRD women who are not menopausal. Check out this discussion of possible treatment options to help if the cat scan shows no other issues:

And you might want to consider checking in with your gyno if you haven't already. Nephs, especially male ones, tend to be pretty clueless about this aspect of dialysis for women!

thought i went through the change?
I DID!!!
and yes i had it confirmed that i did
it was horable
i was working and having a dang monthly for 23days streght
i havent had a monthly for over 7yrs
so the bleeding i had
has nothing to do with whats going on
there is no issue at the moment
as i mention it only lasted a brief

Ooops, please don't take my off-hand wording the wrong way - I didn't mean to imply you aren't smart enough to figure it out - especially after 7 years! It was only a "thought" on my part... not everyone bothers to get the blood work done. It would have been a simple answer if it was the case.
(I have a friend whose 52 year old mom thought hers was finished because she hadn't had a period in 4 months. She hadn't gone to the gyno to get the bloodwork done because of her work schedule. Her youngest son was born 5 months later.)
Hmmmm...I don't think I've heard of anyone else on here or at my center with similar symptoms. I hope the catscan gives you some concrete answers.

my monthly had always been off track
and when i was having that issue of having my monthly being 23days streght
the doc had put me on provera where it worked great.
and then after awhile it quit working
and i went to see my gyn
and that is when he determined i was going through the change
my reg doc even confiremed that
even found info that my birthdefect can cause issue with the female monthies
but not sure of the issue of the brief bleeding
as i stated it happen last yr
and again the other day
and i just thought it had something to do with my cumadain
