Title: European Renal Survey

I came across this survey of European renal patients. I thought our European members might like to complete the survey.

To do the survey on line pick your language from the left hand column, to do a paper version use right hand column.

It is anonymous unless you want results of the survey in which case they ask you to provide an email address but it's not compulsory.
