Title: DaVita Customer Survey
Post by: Rerun on January 09, 2007, 02:27:43 PM
We were asked to fill out the Customer Survey today.  I thought they spelled the CEO's name wrong to start off with, but it was correct "Thiry".  I thought it was Thirty!

But, here are some of the questions:  (answer Strongly Agree, Agree, Slightly Agree, Slightly Disagree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree)

My Nephrologist spends enough time with me?

My Nephrologist explains things in a way I can understand.

The center staff (Nurses, technicians, dietitians, and social workers) explains things in a way I can understand.

When I arrive on time, I am put on the dialysis machine within 15 minutes of my appointment or shift time.

I am impressed by the "service excellence" that is shown at this center.

I feel as though the team at my center really cares about me.

Thinking about how DaVita teammates interact with patients, I would describe the atmosphere of my center as a village.

I realize the impace I have on the caregivers (nurses and technicians) willingness to stay at DaVita.

I think this dialysis center and company (DaVita) has earned my loyalty.

If I had a friend who needed dialysis I would recommend DaVita.

We were asked to fill out the Customer Survey today.

In my center they mail us a survey every few months with questions like these and if we have any comments, suggestions, ect.  I once made a comment about how emergency procedures were never explained to us and they got back to me right away about it and the head of the clinic came down and talked to me about it.  I really thought they'd
not read them or take them seriously but I guess they do read them.

ReRun   I got the exact same Davita survey today in the unit, I am in Kansas.  It is hard to be completely honest when a tech is standing there waiting for yo to fill it out.

Everytime I order supplies they ask me to answer survey at the end of the call.
I received a survey in the mail and yesterday when I was there got one to do.
I don't mess with them.  They'll have to figure it out without my help.
I hate surveys.

Now they will take there surveys to the next convention while they don there Elvis costumes and pat themselves on the back, and read them to the crowd in tears about how well they provide a service to those in need.   HOGWASH!

I'm not even going to bother, I am away from Davitas bullshit and I am better off because of it. Now I just need to get my hands on the 2006 employee convention DVD.

I never fill them out with them standing over my shoulder period.  They always want them back so they can read them.  And I always take them home where I can honestly fill them out and mail it in.

Arent they supposed to be confidential? THey shouldn't be standing over your shoulder! That is just wrong!

And what kind of question is THIS??
Thinking about how DaVita teammates interact with patients, I would describe the atmosphere of my center as a village.

It's a stupid question but personally, I consider Davitas management a "Village" of idiots.
