So I have been struggling to save to buy a car but it has been so hard on a fixed government income that barely covers the cost of living. I bought a car in April from a dealership who sold me a lemon and I had to sell it because it completely broke down and needed a new engine. Well I didn't actually buy, I traded my 03 Altima for it and THAT makes it even worse because now I am left with nothing.
Nothing and no one willing to help. I have contacted so many organizations and car lots about car donation but no one seems to really care and even a few have been quite rude about it. I am currently riding a special service public bus in which I am so grateful that I qualified for... to get to dialysis. The problem is that their service area doesn't go to the hospital where I am going to need my plasmapheresis treatments.
It's seems like the universe is against me, problem after problem is being hurdled at me and not just simple things.. things that hinder me from getting a transplant and being healthy again.
So I come here and ask: Is there anyone who has a car to donate?..I can pay for shipping, I believe I have saved up enough to cover that. Has anyone had a car successfully donated to them? Does anyone know of an organization that would consider?
I have started a donation page but it is going no where, any information that you may have would be helpful.. thank you and have a great day!
