im going to cut myself :rofl; First things first , todays session went well but not as good as Saturdays , but then again no where near as bad as usual ! Anyway few hours later at home im fine !
Well Matron turned up today ! Just an hour earlier Sister told me she wouldnt be coming because she was off sick ..groan! Then all of a sudden she appeared in her 'normal' clothes ! It seems she had made the journey in especially to see me :angel;. Anyway to cut a long story short , she said she had spoken to the 'nurse' and maybe i had misunderstood or it had come across wrongly what she had meant ..yeah right ! I said it was impossible to misunderstand 'sister is disgusted with you' or 'the neph told me to do it' Anyway she said she hoped we could all move on from this , water under the bridge etc. So i asked ..'what reason did she give for doing/saying these things and it seemed like no-one bothered to ask her ! I said in my book i needed to trust the nurse that was putting me on as i was literally entrusting her with my life and i couldnt possibly trust a blatant liar. Matron said 'oh im sure that nurse x would in no way cause you any harm during your treatments and i said NO and they thought that about Harold Shipman ! ..straight out like that ! :rofl; (for those of you who dont know ..Harold Shipman was a GP turned serial killer , who appeared a very respected doctor while killing untold patients , i dont think the number is known!) Exit one very stunned Matron , while adding, 'any more problems see me and while i cant promise we will do our best to keep you two apart ! ' :2thumbsup; Job done. Dont suppose she would have really told me what was said ?

As your complaint was in writing, I would expect nothing less than the outcome of that complaint to be put into writing for you. It's very lovely that (Oooh!) Matron made the trip in especially to see you, but hopefully they'll also be putting pen to paper in order to explain what's been done, by whom, and whether it's been resolved. Having it in writing will be good for you in case anything occurs in the future which is similar.
But, YAY! for it being a good session again! :2thumbsup;

I neglected to tell you that I'm so glad you've made a good bit of progress on the sister/Matron front. I know that was a really frustrating circumstance for you; it made for an even more "dialysis experience". (Like dialysis is a night out or something.) ::)

Speaking of Ricky G - have you seen that show "An Idiot Abroad"? It's kind of funny but took me awhile to get into the idea of Ricky G just callling every so often to laugh at Karl.....

I dislike Ricky G with a passion, so I've avoided An Idiot Abroad. I don't dislike Kickie though, that would be silly.

My brother knew Ricky G whilst he was at uni (although Ricky is a few years older) and says that he was a bit of an arse ... this may have helped me form an opinion on the man ...
