Title: can't figure out what's causing this phatigue
Post by: sullidog on July 21, 2010, 08:04:11 PM
Lately I've been feeling tired, and hard to consintrate on things, even my job. I called my neph and he at the time didn't know what was going on but would give me a call back. He hasn't done it yet which I know he will but in the mean time I was just coming to see if you all might have any ideas what's causing this tired feeling. I also stumble over my words as well and sometimes can't remember what I did a second ago.
They also don't remove any fluid
Also had a spike in wait last 3 days.
Here are my lab values for the month:
potassium 3.7
phos 4.9
calcium 10.0
hemoglobin 11.5
iron storage and saturation I can't remember the number but it was good.
dialysis clearence good at 81 percent
PTH levels 500
Albumin I can't remember the number but it was also good.
Any ideas?
protein also good

Just compared your bloods to my husbands and it looks like your calcium is a bit high and also your phos, your hemoglobin looks good, pith looks a bit high. I am going on UK readings and I am not a doctor Talk to your neph or doctor and ok we all feel tired at times but you should not feel exhausted. Get them to do more tests.

If all is ok with your bloods , then its just kidney failure !
