Title: Getting a Perm Cath

Ok, after much anziety about getting al line installed, today just hours ago, I had one put in. Not much pain at all. I was in and out within two hours. I had twilight and local. Now tomorrow begin dialysis once again!

Thats cool that you had very little pain, I hope you get good result form the dialysis.

That's great! :cuddle;  The advantage is that you don't have to wait for bleeding to stop.  The disadvantage is that you have to stay very still - those machines can alarm if you think too hard!

So far so good. I had my first treatement last night and all went well. Tomorrow another then Im sure by the time I get to next week, I will also hate dialysis. Right now I feel pretty good just knowing Im getting a pretty good clean up...lol
