My husband was just diagnosed with diffused B Cell Lymphoma - he also is an in center hemodialysis patient with FSGS. I was wondering if anyone had any experiences on how the chemo interacted with the dialysis. Any stories, tips, encourangement would be greatly appreciated. He will do 6 to 8 courses of chemo (3 wks apart) then will have radiation. Thanks!!!

I don't know the answer, but I'd be very interested to know. I just wanted to wish you and him the best. Can you speak with his neph or his oncologist about this? I understand, though, that by talking to someone who has actually experienced this, you'll probably get better information and more empathy. :cuddle;

The Oncologist says that he's not had a lot of experience working with kidney dialysis patients on chemo. The Oncologist has talked to the Neph, but we haven't been given any further info. Thought I'd get some "real stories" of what's going on out there! Thanks for your kind words and encouragement, they are much appreciated.
