Title: what could of happened?

After I came home from dialysis I got sick with a temp of 101, diereah, and upset stomach. This afternoon the fever broke but my stomach is still a bit upset but no diereah. Anyone else experienced this after a dialysis treatment? I would suspect infection but it ears what it was is trying to go away.

It can be infection, or it can be an allergic reaction to the artificail kidney.  Tell you doctor about this,  and keep track whether this happens again.  Good luck and stay well.
