Title: I intubated today

They've been having problems sticking me and today they had to use a sharp needle.  Things were going ok but I adjusted my weight and then felt a sharp pain.  They had to take me off and I had to go home an hour early.  I don't want to go back tomorrow!  Has this ever happened to  anyone else?

 I think you may mean "infiltrated".  This happened to me on Monday and they took me off an hour early.  I just went back on Wed. at my regular time.  Hope your arm isnt too sore!

Oops!  I mean infiltrated.  I went home and iced my arm for about an hour so I'm not in any pain.  I have a beautiful bruise now.

My last one was three weeks ago, I have a left upper arm fistula and the black is just clearing from the hematoma.

My Arm hurts and I have  a huge purple bruise.  No sleeveless tops for me for awhile.
