Title: pressure while urinating after dialysis

I'm just curious, after dialysis the first time I urinate it feels like there's a bit of pressure there, this decreases as the flow comes out. This only happens the first time I go after each treatment, the other times are fine. Anyone else have this issue?

I know what you mean. I think it's like when you wake up in the morning for your first pee. At least that is what it feels like to me.

After your body has had an opportunity to relax for a few hours, the urge feels, or may indeed be stronger.
