Title: my permacath is causing my flutter

I saw a kardiologist today regarding my fluddering. Autrasound and x-rays were fine, it was determined that my permcath is irritating the heart muscle, which I thought that may have been the issue because it happened soon after it was placed. I see him again in 6 weeks. However he did not advise me if I should have my vascular surgeon remove it or what to do with it. I think I will talk to my vascular surgeon to see what he wants to do.

He's full of shit.  Just my opinion.  I want to hear what your Vascular Surgeon has to say. 

If it was irritating your heart muscle don't you think they would pull it out and put in a shorter one?

Just my thoughts.

This is a shorter one then my old one, and when I had the old one (the longer one) I didn't have the issue.
