Title: chocolate (A tongue in cheek report)
Post by: kitkatz on November 09, 2006, 11:50:21 PM
It seems a local woman by the name of Kitkatz was found by her husband, Mr. S., scratching every part of her body she could reach and mumbling something about a Hershey's Chocolate Bar. Futher investigations found a crumpled wrapper from an 8oz. Hershey's Milk Chocolate bar in her office trash; and there was telltale chocolate signs in her breath and down the front of her shirt. When coherent, before taking the dose of Benadryl to stop the itching, her husband quoted her saying: "It was good while it lasted!"  However Mr. S.reports, he found her mumbling incoherently at her computer around midnight last night.  The itching had driven her up out of bed to the Benadryl bottle and then to her computer where she tried to relate what was happening to her to a group of friends online.
She wrote on line at IHD.com that she was itching and actually admitted to these people she had eaten an entire Hershey's Milk
Chocolate bar.  Kitkatz had been a kidney dialysis patient for eight years and should have known the effect a milk chocolate bar would have on her body.  It seems the phosphorous was too much and her body decided to get rid of it by itching, beginning on her legs and slowly working its way up.  What a waste of a perfectly good night's sleep and a chocolate bar.  Poor Kitkatz, when last seen she was mumbling something about never eating a milk chocolate bar again: Why oh why did I do that??? she asked. "Next time it will be a small nibble of dark chocolate!"  Hopefully the itching will have gone away sometime in the night with the help of the Benadryl. Never one to give up Kitkatz shares her experience with her friends at IHD.com in the middle of the night:  "My friends stay away from milk chocolate! It can make you itch like an insane person!"

I know the feeling, I once ate a cheese sandwich without any binders. Why  O why would I do such a thing. it was only one cheese sandwich. I thought my levels where good. Damn temptation, don't give in. Cause when you do it kicks your ass so good you do not do it again for at least six months depending on how hard your ass got kicked by Mr Itch.

The I'm never eating a chocolate bar, why are we such slow learners. Why do we need a practical before we listen to the theory of the dietitian.

anatomically correct chocolate. ..  ummmmm - well, if it makes you happy!

I can't see anyone I know wanting to pass out little sperm candy for a baby announcement, either.  Maybe as favors for a lingerie wedding shower. . . although I do know someone who makes anatomically correct cakes for gag gifts and wedding showers.

News update:
It has been rumored that it is the milk chocolate that makes itchy skin, dark chocolate is much better for some reason.

They are saying on the news here that a small bit of
dark chocolate daily is helpful for blood pressure.

It's the milky part of the milk chocolate that will getcha.   I only like the milky kind when it comes to candy.  Brownies and cake need to be dark, dark chocolate though.

My aunt used to make chocolate candy at home, she had all kinds of molds for every occasion.  She has these little male parts molds, boob molds, butt molds....she used to make the candy for bachelor parties and wedding showers.   She made Disney lollipops for kids parties.  It was a good business for a stay at home mom, chocolate molding is easy to do and she made pretty good money doing it.  Easter was a huge time for us (I used to help her)
