Title: embarrasing male question
Post by: boswife on February 09, 2010, 10:55:22 AM
well, now that i've changed my avatar as to not show who im talking about  ;) he asked me to ask you all this question.  Have any of you men (or womans men) had fluid overload in the scrotum? Dr said it will resolve itself once the rest of the swelling also goes, but we're wondering if anyone else may have a better quicker way to resolve this...  He sais it's not uncomfortable really, just quite a bother   :shy;   .. Thanks for any input...

When I first had to go on dialysis, and was in the hospital, had fluid "overload" and this happened.  They told me "fluid seeks any 'open place' to collect.  Cavity in the body.  It went away for me, when they got all the fluid off. Never had it happen again, and I don't really understand why I had so much at that time.  I was under the influence of some good pain killers at the time andit was "Oh,ok" on my part.  When I improved, it was gone and I was concered with more pressing (nonpun intended) matters.

Google "Hydrocele Testis". Might have something to do with the condition.
