Hope this hasnt been posted but I just stumbled across it when I was doing a search for cheese spread.

It lists basic info, then if you want you can veiw detailed info.

I like being able to read the label.  It is usually too small.

This calculator on the new Fresenius site breaks it all down for you . . http://www.ultracare-dialysis.com/engine/renderpage.asp?pid=s0044  You have to pick specific food items, but what information you get is great!

Here's another ... the original USDA.  Just be very exact.  Egg, not eggs, etc.
