Who's going to eat a serving of parsley that weighs 100 grams?

Is that like 3 1/2 ounces? I think if you had a few good servings of tabbouleh you'd easily get that much.
However, when I look up fresh parsley here http://www.nutritiondata.com it says that 100 g is only 554 mg of potassium.
And 100 g of dried parsley is 3805 mg of potassium (that would be a LOT to eat!)
So not sure that number in the quiz is a good one.
