Dialysis patient says she was thrown from medical vehicle and robbed

A dialysis patient says the driver of her medical vehicle assaulted her and pushed her out of the vehicle in a strange neighborhood.

Plaintiff Icheka Griffin is a dialysis patient requiring non-emergency medical transportation.  According to the complaint, on June 15, 2009, Levon Coleman of JAB Transportation arrived at Griffin's residence one hour before the scheduled pick up time.  Levon Coleman used the horn to alert Griffin of his arrival, advised Griffin he was early because he had his own errands to run later in the day and had his girlfriend with him in the vehicle, the complaint states.

The complaint further states that Levon Coleman then attempted to drop off Griffin at a strange location and, when she refused to exit the vehicle, Colemand and his girlfriend "forcibly ejected" Griffin from the vehicle and stole her purse.
