Cramping is a complication of dialysis that is particularly annoying.

Vitamin E may prevent cramping according to this study.

There are a number of different etiologies for cramping as well.  If you are cramping a lot, spend some time figuring out if its too much fluid off, fluid off too fast, too much sodium, not enough potassium, or in my case, low blood glucose.
