Hi Nick, sorry to hear you are suffering today, my husband is jumping up and down because he has been up since 6am waiting for his transport to take him to the unit, it is now 7.30 and he is still here. A sign I saw yesterday which I thought was funny and I am going to start a new thread on is: "GOOD MORNING LET THE STRSS BEGIN" rather apt don't you think?

Nick I'm interested in your "hot bag" therapy when you feel like cramp is coming on. I have that from time to time (in my legs) and it is very uncomfortable. Usually I get the UF stopped for 10 minutes to "have a rest" and my BP and legs calm down... I've never thought of something like a hot bag (like one of those things you zap in the microwave) to help? What you put it on your crampy feeling area or what?

Hey Nick, are you affected by the flooding?  I started a thread checking you were OK but you obviously didn't see it.
