I suggest people get a case of NePro.  It is a drink for dialysis patients and it keeps without refrigeration.  It is low Potassium and low Phosphorus and high protein and FAT.  But in an emergency you will need extra calories.  I plan on just drinking 2 of those a day and that is it until things clear out.

It is $45 a case and I like the Butter Pecan 1-800-986-8502.
