Just ask the dialysis nurses, they should be able to order it for you. If not, try the chemist.

Surgical tapes are usually applied to fix gauze or catheter to the body for treatment of disease or injury. Our surgical tapes are made with anti-irritant adhesive with base material of paper, nonwoven fabric or plastic, depending on purpose. So-called "adhesive tape rash" occurs when horny layer (outermost layer of the skin that prevents invasion of irritant or disease-causing agent) is physically ripped off when you peel off the tape, causing damage to the skin. "Xtrata" is ideal for delicate skin or for people who repeatedly use tapes like dialysis patient, as it uses lipo-gel adhesive that hardly rips off horny layer.

Don't feel bad. I'm not doing much better than you as anyone outside Australia has never heard of it. None of my nurses have any clue as to what it is. I think my pharmacist was trying to sell me Duct tape.
