Title: Peach Crisp - kidney friendly

Peach Crisp

Servings: 6
Serving size: 1/6 recipe

Ingredients:

cooking spray
10 peach halves canned in light syrup
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
3 tablespoons margarine

Preparations:

   1. Spray an 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray and arrange the peach halves in the bottom. Add 1/4 cup of the juice and discard the rest.
   2. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl and add beaten egg. Stir with a fork until egg has been incorporated into the flour mixture. Sprinkle mixture over the peaches. Dot with margarine.
   3. Bake in 350 F oven for about 40 minutes or until crumbs are browned.

Thanks so much for that. I have been trying the DaVita recipes, but so far no good luck with them. Did you try this one out?

No I haven't, but it sounds good!
